Hey there, I’m Josh. Oregon has been home for me for a long time, and it’s where I’ve built my family, my career, and a deep love for the communities I get to serve. 

After college at Oregon State University, where I studied Human Development and Family Science, I jumped straight into the nonprofit world. I spent the next 10 years as a leader and Director for Young Life, walking alongside students, families, and volunteers during some of life’s most meaningful moments. That season taught me how to listen deeply, lead with empathy, and support people through big transitions, skills I carry into real estate every single day.

Along the way, my own homeownership journey sparked something new. Fixing and flipping my own homes, tackling projects, and learning how to see potential in a space ultimately led me into real estate as a profession. I stepped into the industry with hands-on building experience, practical insight, and a desire to help people make confident, informed decisions about a place they’ll call home.

My goal is simple:
